  • Candidate Screening: Complete comprehensive screening of candidates, including career preferences, salary, availability, and initial assessment of capability.
  • Requirements Analysis: Understand skills and requirements needed by candidates to present the best matches in the market.
  • Job Specifications: Write enticing job specs to post on job boards and social media, attracting suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Attraction: Attract candidates via adverts, job boards, social media/networks, events, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Screen and interview candidates, matching them to vacancies.
  • Advice and Guidance: Advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A third-level degree in a business-related discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments is required.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish or French language skills are essential.
  • Organisational Capabilities: Strong organisational capabilities with proven ability to prioritise.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
