About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of LEGO Games Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the gaming industry.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Model Exploration: Develop and implement new business models to bring more LEGO games to market, increasing revenue and expanding our reach.
  • Partner Development: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key partners, including IP owners, studios, and publishers, to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Business Development: Foster existing partnerships with major players in the industry (EPIC, Sony, etc.) and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of our 10+ year product pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Strategy Alignment: Contribute to the long-term gaming strategy, providing expertise and insights to inform decision-making.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Gaming Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of licensing business models and their applications.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Successful track record of building and developing strategic partnerships, driving business growth and revenue.
  • P&L Management: Experience managing P&Ls and game portfolios, with a focus on delivering expected ambitions in terms of reach, engagement, and revenue.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate C-level conversations and internal partner management.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Business innovation and creative thinking, with a passion for kid-focused experiences.
  • Long-Term Strategy: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies, planning for future growth and success.

What We Offer

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
