Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all IT processes and systems for the hotel's opening, ensuring seamless launch.
  • Setup and configuration of computer devices and user accounts, with emphasis on proper security access levels.
  • Maintenance of company's IT Security Policy to protect hardware, software, and sensitive data.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical issues, providing swift resolutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Ensuring all business and user data is backed up and secure.
  • Providing ongoing support for systems, including networks, point-of-sale systems, servers, and other critical equipment, in collaboration with vendors.
Requirements

To succeed as our IT Manager, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar.
  • Experience working with IT in the hospitality industry is a valuable asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of information systems operations, strong leadership skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear understanding across different positions and levels.
  • Fluency in English is required, while Danish is a nice-to-have but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.
