The Role: Customer Success AssociateWe're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Associate to join our rapidly expanding Customer Success Team, driving our growth in the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other exciting markets. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing startup from its early stages.
You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals, while working closely with senior team members to develop effective customer strategies.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Driving customer success
- Overseeing the customer lifecycle
- Collaborating with Developers, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Taking ownership of customer needs internally and externally
This role will evolve as our company grows, offering ample opportunities for learning and professional growth.
What We Look ForWe're looking for individuals with great energy, a good sense of humour, and a disciplined problem-solving mindset. If you enjoy working in dynamic startup environments, initiate new projects, and see them through to completion, this role may be for you.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Speak and write English fluently
- Possess 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
- Nice to have: 1 year of B2B work experience in SAAS/software
- Be structured and punctual
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Show a good sense of humour
- Be excited about building a big company from scratch and growing personally along the way
- Be comfortable working in our Central Copenhagen office or remotely within our hybrid model
