Job Summary

Silvan seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks, supporting new store openings, and administrating requests from stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility requests from stores and collaborate with contractors & service partners.
  • Provide assistance to the stores in resolving day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and analyze facility performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with landlords to manage leases and provide support on service- and corporation agreements.
  • Oversee ESG reporting on facility management.
  • Contribute to the facility team on various projects.

Our team operates from our head office in Brabrand, with occasional travel to other Silvan locations required.

Essential Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong administrative and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Proficient Excel skills and experience working with numbers.

Prior experience in a similar role or within construction or facility management is advantageous but not necessary.
