About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Training Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Global Training Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our training programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality training materials that meet our standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure that our training programs are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive development of training materials and ensure good collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure strong collaboration to drive impactful change.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioural economics, or other related fields.
  • Relevant experience in education, training, and/or learning & development, (occupational) psychology, behavioural economics, and/or similar or experience with training and/or learning in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent organizational, structure, and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive impactful change.
