As the Head of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand visibility. This is a newly established role, offering the opportunity to create and develop the position according to your preferences and style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing annual cycle, including communication plans and offline and online marketing campaigns.
  • Define and execute a B2B-marketing and branding strategy to increase brand visibility, perception, and awareness.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of product and promotional programs.
  • Regularly present and report to the leadership team and Board of Directors on marketing matters.
Requirements

You will need a relevant and broad marketing experience, including roles working in a team and as a "lonely wolf" in marketing. Experience with B2B online/offline marketing related to tangible products and preferably consumer durables in an international context is essential.

You should be able to navigate cultural and linguistic differences, work independently, and adapt easily to a flexible working environment. As a team player, you will be motivated by getting the sole responsibility of all marketing tasks and activities.
