Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and administrative support to the Head of Group Markets & Treasury and the Deputy COO. This involves screening and prioritizing communications, drafting and responding to high-level correspondence, conducting research and compiling data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning, tracking project timelines and deliverables, overseeing the preparation and submission of expense reports and other administrative documents, supporting planning and preparation for management team meetings and townhalls, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Screen and prioritize communications, draft and respond to high-level correspondence
  2. Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning
  3. Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deadlines
  4. Oversee the preparation and submission of expense reports and other administrative documents
  5. Support planning and preparation for management team meetings and townhalls
  6. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will possess effective organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software, and thrive both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. You are proactive, anticipate needs, and take the initiative to address them. Adaptability is key, as you must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal skills are also important, as the role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
