IT Project Manager in Copenhagen

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As an IT Project Manager at Sofigate, you will play a crucial role in delivering business value to our clients through effective project management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and digital development, with experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling project activities, as well as managing and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A natural leader, you will be able to motivate and direct project teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope statements, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including identifying, selecting, and managing external vendors and partners
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business and digital development, with a focus on project management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
