We're looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join our Denmark team, supporting the deployment of state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology. This will drastically improve the passenger experience by reducing delays and increasing transport capacity.

As a key member of our organisation, you'll maintain and enhance human resources by deploying, developing, and evaluating employee relations and policies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering key initiatives across the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of working parties to facilitate the delivery of HR policies, projects, and initiatives.
  • Analysing and reporting HR information to support benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions.
  • Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up-to-date knowledge of labour, social, and employment legislation; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.

You'll require:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment.
  • Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
  • Influence and resilience within a matrix organisation structure.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labour, social, and employment legislation.
  • Experience dealing with employee representatives.
  • International exposure or experience.
  • Experience working within HR/People capacity in Denmark, and good knowledge of Danish employment legislation is essential.
  • Fluent in Danish and English is essential.
