We are seeking a skilled Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including full paid training, career development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term relationships
  • Drive sales from lead to purchase, leveraging your expertise to overcome objections and negotiate success
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, determining their needs and identifying opportunities to fulfill those needs with cloud technologies
  • Provide world-class customer engagement experiences, obsessing over customer satisfaction and delight
  • Secure customer wins for cloud, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, demonstrating value and vision
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline)
  • Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Native/Fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and oral, are essential
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is required, along with at least 1 year of IT industry experience and sales account management or customer management experience
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred
  • A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals, able to work independently and drive personal performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communications skills
  • Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone, email, video, and presentations
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
  • Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity
