Transformative Opportunity for a Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Relesys, a revolutionary SaaS company bridging the gap between HQ and non-desk workers. This is an exceptional chance to grow with a fast-paced scale-up company backed by Copilot Capital.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving post-sales activities, including renewals, upsell, and revenue growth on our SMB clients. You will build strong relationships with multiple client accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer success, and business development expertise. You will collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Solution Engineers to understand clients' evolving needs and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and delivering strong ROI business cases.
  • Collaborating across departments to develop compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of additional products or services.
  • Identifying opportunities through industry trends, market insights, and client feedback, and working with the Client Success team on contract renewals and negotiations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role selling complex software products.
  • Experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple client accounts simultaneously.
