About this Role:

The HR Generalist Lead will be responsible for leading the HR activities for the Wood Screwing Business Unit and Supply Chain & Warehouse across the UK/N Division. This role requires driving and executing all HR activities in partnership with managers, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute all HR activities in partnership with managers.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to deliver business objectives.
  • Ensure HR key processes are maintained and enforced across the area of responsibility.
  • Implement local policies and procedures in compliance with local legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and provide expertise to the BU management team regarding local labor law and practices.
  • Act as a champion for business culture and become an expert in the ITW business model.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a HR Partner with solid HR Generalist experience from a medium to large international company.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations.
  • Solid understanding and application of Emotional Intelligence and the ability to build credibility within a business.
  • A hands-on approach to getting things done with a desire to have an impact.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
