Revenue Process Manager

The Hub is seeking a talented Revenue Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our revenue processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
This role involves significant responsibilities in planning and analysis, as well as in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement. You will manage CRM workflows, oversee key tools, and support strategic initiatives across the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with Departments and Support Business Planning: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive key initiatives.
- Optimize CRM Processes: Refine and document workflows, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage Key Tools: Oversee the setup and upkeep of HubSpot, Aircall, Clearbit, Sales Navigator, and more.
