About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, empowering restaurateurs with an all-in-one Guest Experience Management platform.
Your mission will be to resolve support tickets, provide mail, chat, and phone support, and understand customer needs to increase product usage and value.
You will collaborate with our tech team, monitor customer health scores, ensure retention, and log data in CRM to deliver structured customer support.
Fully remote position with the option to work from our hub in Copenhagen, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
As a key member of our Support team, you will be part of a company committed to innovation in hospitality, offering unique benefits and a dynamic, supportive work environment.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
