Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex B2B sales strategies and execute them through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage your own sales pipelines and drive customer success through regular reports and status meetings
  • Collaborate with the management team to build the organization and drive growth

Performance Objectives:

  • Sales: Achieve a minimum of 60 new leads and 15 high-quality business opportunities per month
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot
  • Communication: Develop effective communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Growth Strategy: Contribute to developing our strategic direction and growth plan
