About the Job

This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to the WHO Country Office, including managing finances, personnel, and IT systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of combined national and international professional experience in administration, finance, project management, with supervisory responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in business, public administration, finance, economics or a related field from a recognized institution is essential.

  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the WR/HWO and other staff members.
  • Supervise assigned administrative support staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Represent the CO as delegated by the WR/HWO in Operations Management Team meetings.
