Responsibilities
  • Meetings: planning, scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action plans
  • Coordinate activities and calendars, including booking events and conferences
  • Create content in PowerPoint and support with financial control at a department level
  • Support and drive various projects within the department
  • Internal and external communication
