Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales growth in Europe. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives and merchandisers to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the sales process and a strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
