We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Director to lead our clinical development strategy for a novel therapeutic with the potential to be best-in-class.
Key Responsibilities- Design, oversee, and analyze late-stage clinical trials, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and efficacy standards.
- Provide expert medical guidance and leadership to clinical monitoring teams.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (regulatory, clinical operations, medical affairs, etc.) to optimize product development.
- Foster strong relationships with investigators, consultants, and key opinion leaders.
- M.D. degree (Ph.D. strongly preferred)
- Board certification in pediatrics, genetics, endocrinology, Cardiology, Nephrology or Internal Medicine (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience (alternative relevant experience may be considered)
- Proven track record in clinical research and drug development
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with a passion for innovation
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
