Administrative Support Specialist

The Property Team:
Our team is responsible for managing all commercial leases, including negotiations and relations with landlords. We are looking for a skilled assistant to support us in our daily tasks.
Your Role:
As a Property Assistant, you will be the key point of contact for the Property team, handling day-to-day landlord inquiries, and providing administrative support. You will work closely with our Head of Property to ensure smooth lease management and effective communication with landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as a liaison between the Property team and landlords
- Handle routine landlord inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide administrative support in areas such as Capex paper production and invoice queries
- Support the investigation of legal cases and provide documentation as required
- Cross-functional communication and coordination to ensure alignment
- Attend landlord meetings, take minutes, and follow up as needed
- Manage and organize meetings, gathering information and presenting accordingly
- Maintain relevant electronic and printed records
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of Property
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently
- A 'can-do' attitude, with a solution-oriented approach
- Able to positively challenge and bring out the best in others
- Takes ownership of performance and ensures targets are met
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
