The Property Team:

Our team is responsible for managing all commercial leases, including negotiations and relations with landlords. We are looking for a skilled assistant to support us in our daily tasks.

Your Role:

As a Property Assistant, you will be the key point of contact for the Property team, handling day-to-day landlord inquiries, and providing administrative support. You will work closely with our Head of Property to ensure smooth lease management and effective communication with landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as a liaison between the Property team and landlords
  • Handle routine landlord inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide administrative support in areas such as Capex paper production and invoice queries
  • Support the investigation of legal cases and provide documentation as required
  • Cross-functional communication and coordination to ensure alignment
  • Attend landlord meetings, take minutes, and follow up as needed
  • Manage and organize meetings, gathering information and presenting accordingly
  • Maintain relevant electronic and printed records
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of Property

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a solution-oriented approach
  • Able to positively challenge and bring out the best in others
  • Takes ownership of performance and ensures targets are met
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
