Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance and HR Assistant. Your main tasks will include:

* Processing incoming invoices and overseeing outgoing payments
* Verifying supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
* Reviewing and processing staff travel expense claims
* Preparing financial reports for stakeholders, including donors and quarterly reports from ICARS projects
* Providing administrative support to our project teams in partner countries with establishing their administrative framework, processes, and financial procedures

In addition, you will assist our HR Senior Programme Manager with tasks such as recruitment planning, scheduling onboarding activities, handling offboarding processes, and implementing changes related to collective agreements and employment legislation.
