About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Account Strategist to join our team at Demant. As a key member of our Commercial Operations in Hearing Aids Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing our strategic accounts through collaborative efforts between global and local functions.

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will oversee projects in strategic accounts management, project & stakeholder management, and private label management. You will partner with our US & International Sales Department to co-develop commercial plans and actions, ensuring account action plans are activated and delivery commitments met.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in strategic accounts
  • Manage operational aspects towards some of Demant's largest external accounts, cultivating a partnership-based approach
  • Collaborate across Demant's organization to ensure account insights and needs are reflected in product development and roadmap discussions
  • Oversee account-specific deliveries such as development projects, process improvements, and learning & training offerings

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or B2C within medical devices or consumer electronics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in a matrix organization
  • Degree from an accredited university (not required)
