  5. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure GTT remains competitive in the market.
  7. Participate in regular performance reviews and goal-setting activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and individual career development.
