Director of Client Acquisition and Retention

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic sales environment, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Chief Growth Strategist at GTT Communications Denmark ApS, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities, targeting key accounts and industries aligned with GTT's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at existing and prospective client organizations.
- Sell GTT's comprehensive range of products and services, emphasizing the benefits of our technology and expertise.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to stay informed about new developments and identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure GTT remains competitive in the market.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and goal-setting activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and individual career development.
