Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading client campaigns and collaborating closely with our team to meet and exceed goals for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing strong customer relationships, crafting insightful reports, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, on schedule, and with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client campaigns and collaborate with Client Directors, Creatives, and Coordinators to achieve client objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular updates, follow-ups, and evaluations.
  • Craft insightful reports and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Ensure campaigns not only launch on schedule but also hit their targets with precision and impact.
  • Partner with the Client Director to develop strategies and explore opportunities for expanding client partnerships.
  • Foster long-term relationships and ensure contract renewals by delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Experience within marketing, preferably in influencer marketing.
  • Highly organized and thrive on efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Strong relationship-builder, skilled at connecting with both clients and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented, dedicated to achieving goals and ensuring both client and influencer satisfaction.
  • Strong communicator, fluent in both English and Swedish.
