Job Responsibilities

The Order Management Assistant will be responsible for various tasks, including order management, placing and changing orders, creating availability requests, handling credit notes, returns, and customer claims. They will also ensure high customer satisfaction during and after contact with Order Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service processes and be able to improve them together with the Operation Manager & Supply Chain. They will also handle and solve incoming requests and calls from customers, follow up on old orders, project orders, and secure deliveries.
