Overview


The Strategic Video Sales Director Tokyo role reports directly to the Sales Team leader and is responsible for developing a strategy and execution plan to deliver Jabra's financial targets for video in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the plan and achieving the associated targets using all available resources, including salespeople, marketing, alliances, and support staff.


About the Job


This position requires a strong background and current experience in sales of IT peripherals to enterprise, preferably in audio-video solutions and/or video conferencing. The successful candidate must have consistently met or exceeded performance metrics and hold a degree-level qualification or equivalent. Business English communication skills are essential for this role.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive video sales strategy in Japan to achieve financial targets
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support sales, marketing, and alliance teams on Jabra Video solutions
  • Lead other salespeople as the 'Video professional' in driving use cases through visits to distributors, partners, and customers
  • Support events, trade shows, and webinars with specific input on Jabra's Video solutions
  • Help each salesperson develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM and review these opportunities daily
  • Participate in the Jabra sales forecast process and have specific knowledge of all significant sales opportunities
