Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Global Product Management team in Agilent's Pathology Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product portfolio strategies and initiatives to drive improved sales, market share, and profitability in alignment with the Agilent Pathology business & marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and initiatives to drive improved sales, market share, and profitability in alignment with the Agilent Pathology business & marketing strategy.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of pathology market, competitor landscape, and customer needs across segments.
  • Identify and evaluate market and portfolio opportunities based on customer segmentation, growth potentials, and unmet customer needs.
  • Optimize product portfolio performance and quality to be competitive and meet customer expectations.
  • Drive Product Life Cycle Management activities.
  • Act as the customer champion in the broader Division.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product management, sales, or a technical role within the diagnostics or MedTech industry.
  • University Degree ideally in a Life Science or a Business-related field.
  • Experience within Clinical diagnostics is a plus.
  • Full proficiency in English - additional European languages could be an advantage.

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
