As a Global Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing global marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our sustainability products and solutions.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with commercial marketing, brand, and PR teams to create innovative marketing program and campaign strategies that support awareness and demand generation goals.
- Work with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to analyze competitive information, market and customer data, and develop effective program development that meets multi-regional needs.
- Partner with Segment Marketing managers, Product Marketing Managers, Brand, PR, Corporate Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and Marketing Communications professionals to develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning.
- Perform financial analyses and build cases for programs, identify target audiences and offers, and work with Marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate marcom mix.
- Define sustainability messaging, content requirements, SEO, SEM, and Social Media strategies in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization.
- Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Post-graduate and/or certification in Marketing may be required.
- 8+ years marketing experience for entry to this level.
- 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability efforts worldwide recommended.
- Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives.

The salary range for this position is $127,680.00-$235,410.00 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. The position is eligible for remote work and requires 10% travel.
