Job Description

Agilent Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Marketing Programs team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing programs that drive growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative marketing program strategies to gain market share for Anatomical Pathology & Digital Pathology solutions
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to analyze competitive information, market and customer data
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic product messaging and positioning
  • Perform financial analyses and build cases for programs
  • Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 8+ years experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role
  • 5+ years of demonstrated results in developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns
  • Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans
  • Effective project management and interpersonal skills
