Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or GRC environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and German languages
- Experience with SaaS platforms and customer success tools
