About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Whistleblower Software. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or GRC environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and customer success tools
