About the Role


As a Customer Success Manager at Formalize, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored support to ensure their success with our platform.


Key Responsibilities



  • Work closely with customers to identify and address their challenges, provide proactive solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our platform, industry trends, and best practices in customer success.

Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or GRC.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through customer success strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Native fluency in Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with Italian-speaking customers.
