Secure a Best-in-Class Customer Experience
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success and Growth Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in Europe. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional onboarding and service experiences for our growing customer base.
About the Role
- Work closely with our customers to identify needs, create value, and build lasting relationships
- Help develop and optimize our Customer Success function across products and customer tiers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, preferably in a similar customer-facing position
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and strong technical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with clients, build trust, and foster long-term relationships
