Postdoctoral Researcher in Capacitor Development and Scale-up

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Centre for Industrial Electronics (CIE) at the University of Southern Denmark. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic research group focused on capacitor development and scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research in the field of nanocomposite capacitors, with a focus on layer-by-layer polymer capacitor fabrication scale-up.
- Participate in planning, execution, and documentation of projects with industrial partners.
- Supervise and mentor PhD, Master, and Bachelor students working on similar topics.
- Publish and present research findings at international conferences and in scientific journals.
- PhD degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven research record in materials science, thin-film electronic device fabrication, ink formulation chemistry, capacitor materials development, polymer science, electrostatic modeling/high voltage physics, or a related field.
- Experience with spin coating, slot-die coating, or similar techniques.
- Knowledge of electronic device design, fabrication, and characterization.
- Familiarity with capacitor materials and their design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
