RevOps Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RevOps Associate to join our team at Contractbook. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our revenue processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with departments and support business planning: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive key initiatives.
2. Optimize CRM processes: Refine and document workflows, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvements.
3. Manage key tools: Oversee the setup and upkeep of HubSpot, Aircall, Clearbit, Sales Navigator, and more.
4. Handle data management: Manage data processes and support technical infrastructure.
5. Drive growth hacking: Implement and run automated outbound plays using tools like Clay or similar.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators including Sales, Marketing, and CX metrics.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Sales: Territory planning, outbound campaigns, intent signals, routing, and reporting.
2. Marketing: Lead scoring, attribution setup, conversion tracking, and CRM data cleanups.
3. Customer Experience: Manage customer lifecycle, develop playbooks, and drive reporting.
