About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technology Service Lead to join our Asset Management team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering great leadership and motivating your team to achieve our vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and secure continuous alignment and collaboration with stakeholders to steer current work and manage escalations and impediments.
  • Assess vulnerabilities of Nordea Asset Management Business systems and environments.
  • Ensure good quality of documentation and registration of assets and technical documentation.
  • Drive access controls compliance and support incident management.
  • Ensure application compliance with Information Security and regulatory requirements.
  • Support application continuity and availability processes and testing.
  • Drive classification and integrity of applications.

Requirements:

  • Possess a collaborative spirit, along with an inquisitive and optimistic mindset.
  • Have superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Be in close dialogue with stakeholders at all times and be responsible for reporting and follow-up with transparency.
  • Have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • It is favorable if you have experience with project management and have the overview and retaining progress in simultaneous tasks.
  • Be structured, a tactful diplomat, and good at networking.
  • Have a technical attitude and a desire to learn.
