Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment and resource availability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and driving operational excellence. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in project portfolio management of complex cross-functional project portfolios.
  • 3+ years of experience with senior management support and driving projects in a global stakeholder landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
