About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our Commercial Excellence function as a Sales Excellence Manager. You will lead the charge in equipping our salesforce with the tools, training, and methodologies they need to excel.
You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and enablement teams to implement best practices, innovative sales methodologies, and cutting-edge tools.

You will also train the sales team in value-based selling methodologies to deepen customer relationships and streamline the adoption and utilization of CRM systems and other sales tools.
In this role, you will monitor and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and coach sales leaders and representatives to improve pipeline management and win rates.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement sales enablement initiatives that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Train the sales team in value-based selling methodologies to deepen customer relationships.
- Streamline the adoption and utilization of CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Monitor and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Coach sales leaders and representatives to improve pipeline management and win rates.
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Excellence Manager who can drive measurable sales performance improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Sales.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, solution selling or value-based selling and proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for sales teams.
Strong analytical mindset, advanced experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools, exceptional communication and coaching skills are essential for this role.
