Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our e-commerce client portfolio across Europe. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, engaging with leads, and developing targeted strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities and new clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our growth. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of success in sales development, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers.
  2. Engage with leads through various channels to initiate meaningful conversations.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities and new clients.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, track progress, and provide regular updates to the sales management team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of acquiring and qualifying new deals in the pipeline. You should have experience working with top-funnel sales, preferably from a SaaS company. A pleasant and collaborative personality, thriving in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment is essential.
