">We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our Growth team in the Nordics. The location can be Copenhagen, Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm. This role plays a crucial part in driving the success of our proposals and growth process by securing new key client contracts.

">- Proposal Management:">
- ">
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposals.">
- Solutioning based on the client's problem statement, Sapient's value proposition, and the offering landscape.">
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are technically accurate and meet client requirements.">
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates and past proposals for reference and reuse.">
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.">
- ">
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the proposal process, addressing any questions or concerns.">
- Support the sales team in client meetings and presentations as needed.">
- ">
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.">
- Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.">
- Partner with the Marketing team.">
Requirements
">- End-to-End Bid Management:">
A proven ability to manage the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organisational goals.
">Technical and Commercial Expertise:">A strong understanding of IT solutions, technologies, and services, combined with the ability to clearly articulate their commercial and technical value to clients.
">Proposal Development Skills:">Expertise in writing, reviewing, and editing high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and adherence to organisational standards.
">Cross-Functional Collaboration:">Demonstrated success in coordinating with internal teams to develop cohesive and competitive bids.
">Client-Focused Approach:">An ability to analyse client needs and tailor proposals to meet their unique challenges and objectives.
">Regulatory Compliance:">Familiarity with public and private procurement frameworks, particularly in the European market.
">Strong Communication Skills:">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
