Kramp, a leading one-stop supplier of spare parts and technical services, is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts across the Nordics.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Nordic Cluster Managing Director with a dotted line to the Global Marketing Team based in The Netherlands. With an excellent understanding of strategic marketing, they will oversee and drive all marketing activities within the Nordic Cluster, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set from Kramp Group.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute Cluster-specific marketing plans aligned with Kramp Group's strategy, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Lead a diverse Marketing Team across multiple countries, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support sales.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead all marketing efforts in the Nordic Cluster, with the chance to build and establish the framework for the region's marketing structure. The role involves around 30 days of travel per year.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in marketing and leadership, who can work strategically, tactically, and operationally to drive business results. You should expect a salary range of approximately €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
