We are seeking an experienced MHPSS Research Specialist to lead our research efforts, working closely with the Steering Committee and MHPSS Hub staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global mental health research and experience in developing research proposals and grant applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of the RCRC MHPSS research agenda.
  • Coordinate the RCRC MHPSS research network with National Societies.
  • Write and develop research components in project proposals and grant applications.
  • Collaborate with the Fundraising and Partnership team to maintain partnerships with academic partners.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., global mental health, psychology, social care, or psychiatry).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting research related to MHPSS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
