About the Position:

As a highly skilled and organized individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your duties will include conducting online information searches, coordinating projects, handling administrative tasks with autonomy, monitoring contracts, and filing documents.

Main Tasks:

  1. Conducting online research and gathering information
  2. Coordinating projects and ensuring timely completion
  3. Handling administrative tasks with a high level of independence
  4. Monitoring and maintaining contracts
  5. Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
  6. Providing assistance with other tasks as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in administration, communication, or finance. Previous experience in a relevant field is essential, along with good knowledge of environmental issues. You should have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with databases is a plus.

The Practical Details:

  1. Start date: As soon as possible
  2. Duration: 20th of December 2024, with a possibility of extension
  3. Salary: 172.61 kr. pr. hour / 23.2 EURO pr. hour
  4. Location: Copenhagen
  5. Working hours: 37 per week
  6. Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
