Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Leader to play a vital role in securing best-in-class onboarding and service experiences for our growing customer base. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to increasing customer adoption and advocacy.

  • Be part of a fast-growing international SaaS company
  • Work closely with customers to solve problems, create value, and build loyalty
  • Help build and optimize our Customer Success function across products and customer tiers

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • Preferably +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, in a similar customer-facing position
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
