Med din naturlige evne for at forstå og analysere kundens behov, er du i stand til at handle proaktivt og sætte aktiviteter i gang for at løse dem.
Du vil være en del af vores Customer Success-team, der arbejder på at bygge gode, langvarige relationer med vores kunder.
Primære arbejdsopgaver- Proaktivt styre og pleje kunderelationer
- Forstå og forudse kundernes mål og behov
- Vedligeholde database over kunder, kontakter og vigtige kontoinformationer
- Samarbejde med salgs- og produktteams
- Rapportere vigtige nøgletal og sikre feedbackloops mellem salgs- og produktteams
- Tidligere erfaring i en kundevendt rolle, gerne inden for Customer Success eller Account Management
- Stærke kommunikations- og relationsskabende evner
- Interesse for software og basiskendskab til marketingteknologi og Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Selvmotivation og en proaktiv, kundefokuseret tilgang
- Flydende engelsk og dansk sprog
