The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in a multi-country context within the Nordics, with a proven track record in financial operations, management, and process improvement.

The responsibilities of this position include developing and executing financial strategies, collaborating with commercial teams, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights, supporting the development of brand plans, and monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

With your expertise in SAP S4 and advanced Excel skills, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and offshore manual processes to a financial shared service center.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead to develop the business, assist in organizing and conducting strategy meetings, workshops, and reviews, and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

A strong understanding of IFRS and International accounting standards, local accounting standards, and regulatory framework is also essential, as well as fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
