Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst Assistant to join our team at HAY ApS. As a Student Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's efforts in data analysis and reporting using Power BI and Excel.

About the Job

This part-time role is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in BI while assisting with basic data tasks and visualization projects. You will be working closely with our team members to streamline reporting tasks, provide basic troubleshooting and support for report-related issues, and create simple charts and graphs to represent data insights clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Handling: Assist in collecting and preparing data from various sources, ensure data accuracy and consistency in datasets used for reports.
  • Report Generation: Help create and update reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel, support business units by delivering necessary data visualizations.
  • Data Visualization: Create simple charts and graphs to represent data insights clearly, assist in improving existing visualizations for better clarity.
Requirements:
  • You are a great communicator in both verbal and written, have a fundamental understanding of data concepts.
  • As a person, you are outgoing and service-minded, thrive in an everchanging environment.
  • You pay strong attention to detail, have an ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Experience required: You are studying Economics, Business Administration or similar, knowledge of Power BI and Excel is preferred but not required.
