Job Role

We are seeking a Student Assistant to join our Legal and Compliance team. The successful candidate will work on tasks such as drafting and negotiating energy trading contracts, maintaining our standard contracts, and ensuring compliance with REMIT regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in energy law and regulations to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills. You will work closely with the Legal Team and the Compliance Team, consisting of 6 employees, and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives within the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating energy trading contracts
  • Maintaining our standard contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with REMIT regulations
  • Working on tasks related to IT-security, GDPR compliance, and trade compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law or commercial law (cand. merc.jur.) or another relevant educational background
  • 1-2 years' experience from another student position is preferred
  • Great interest in the energy area and willingness to learn and develop skills within energy law and regulations
