About the Role:

The Client Advisor is an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that inspire and guide. This role requires a passionate and client-centric approach, with a focus on building brand awareness and increasing consumer knowledge of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clienteling: Provide exceptional service with a focus on clienteling, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences for our customers.
  • Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in driving the store to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and organization in the store and stockroom.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain the J.Lindeberg image, promoting and selling the brand while embodying our values of progression, energy, and inclusivity.
