About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Germany.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the hospitality sector.
  3. Manage projects for our German clients with support from our headquarters in Denmark.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales leadership and business development in the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong network and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to develop sales strategies and budgets.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Result-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude.
  6. Fluent in German and English.
